Great service
Great service from start to finish.
I went to view a former Renault demonstrator car at East Bilney. I dealt with Leo who showed me around and was my contact throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and all queries were dealt with quickly and professionally.
A fair price was offered for my part-ex and the deal went through without a hitch.
I absolutely love my new car and am confident that East Bilney garage will be at the end of the phone should I need anything

I have just taken my Navara back to East Bilney garage for a service & Mot. I bought this vehicle from them a year ago.
I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a garage like this, what can I say. These guys are genuinely customer focused & have always provided superb customer service all round.
They gave me an estimated time of when the service & MOT would be completed & they were on the mark.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough about these guys. What a superb bunch of guys & lady to deal with. Use this garage & buy from them with confidence

This is the place if you want honest and to feel comfortable, no fuss or pressure selling this is a customer first and focused company. I went to look at a 22 Kadjar beautiful in the pictures no fuss had a look, went back on the Monday both me and my wife took it for a test drive, came back and brought it, we found a few issues with the car but they sorted out the problems without any issues thanks to Mark and Leo in sales both very knowledgeable.
Got the car home had a few issues one being the parking sensors and faulty windscreen trim panel, contact Leo who past on my number to Clare in Service who called me booked the car in no fuss, turns out to be a faulty sensor, replaced no problem they had to order the trim, contacted Clare in Service checked the part was in and managed to book it in the same day, dropped off and part replaced no fuss.
Thank you Mark,Leo and Clare and all the team at East Bilney for making the purchase of a newer car hassle free.

East Bilney Garage was very helpful in selling us a used Renault clio. Leo in sales was very efficient and helpful. We traded in our old VW Golf for a clio, which included new car mats and a tank of fuel! There were a couple of glitches soon after but the service and after sales teams were exceptional and sorted all the problems out at no cost (as were within the 3 month warranty). I would definitely go to them again.

Great garage, great experience, great car. Comparably priced, could offer a better warranty but then I have complete confidence in their preparation work. After I agreed to purchase it was taken off the market and they refused to hand it over until it had been thoroughly gone over by the mechanics. Which took a further 2 weeks as they were fully booked up.. They wouldn't be rushed, despite my excitement to get in my new car. Decent trade in on my old banger too.

This is referring to the mobility side of the garage. Dealt with a fella called Leo and the level of service was incredible. There was no pressure to go for a certain model. His advice was sound and he listened. Get my car this week so can't wait!

Renault Norwich branch, when they eventually answered their phone, couldn't do anything to help me for about three weeks, even though they knew I needed my van for my work, so obviously three weeks was out of the question. Out of desperation I phoned East Bilney and they couldn't have been more helpful. They understood my dilemma and managed to slot me in and I was back at work in a couple of days.

I have had two positive experiences at East Bilney Garage in the last 4 months, the most recent being the last couple of days. Unfortunately an O/S spring broke in October and then followed by the N/S one going, this being the most recent visit. On both occasions the reception staff were very helpful, friendly and understood my need to get the repair completed as soon as possible. The work required on my car was finished as quickly as possible (within 3 working days) bearing in mind parts had to be ordered in. On each occasion I was provided with a lift home and on the latest occasion my car was cleaned inside and out! All work reasonably priced. I will be using this garage in the future as and when required and would recommend them. Thank you.

I was very pleased at the prompt service. A chap came to the house, with a new battery, after my ringing to say I couldn't start my car.
With the new battery installed, the car was fine, and the chap took my battery back to the garage.
I visited next day, to pay my bill and was told that my battery had been thoroughly checked and was perfectly fine - I may have left side lights on all night in error!
All I was charged for was the call out etc. very courteous and fair service

Took my Dacia in to East Bilney for a service/cam belt change/MOT - I booked in advance with the service reception, the staff there were helpful and polite. I booked a courtesy car as the job was going to take all day. On the day, the drop off was swift and painless, and within 10 minutes I was on my way. Very friendly and fuss-free all round. During the day I received a call from Gavin at the service desk who said that, even though the air filter and fuel filter were not a requirement at this service the team had noticed that the parts should have been replaced at the four year service but had not been. Gavin suggested that the filters ought to be replaced as the service engineer had said they were in dire need of replacement. I took their advice and asked them to add the filter change to the service. Later that day I received a call stating the car was just getting a final wash. On picking up the car, not only had it been washed but also the carpets and seats had been cleaned too. The payment, car pick up and courtesy car return, again, was fuss-free and before long I was back home. Very satisfied with every aspect of the service at East Bilney.
